Keep our City Clean, Atin Ito

Do we sometimes look at our surroundings when we travel?, Everyday going to work or just to the mall, their is no way that I won't notice the view of the buildings in Makati that open field look when you travel along the straight path of Skyway early in the morning and in front, you'll notice a smog almost hiding the buildings, for me it's so sad looking at our cities this way, instead of a clear sky.
Every cities in Manila has a slogan (Keep our City Clean, Atin Ito) Do the local government follow this? I think they just pretend to do this but in a long run when people stop caring they stop. Leaders should implement strong leadership build a program to tell the people what's the right thing to do and never stop telling them until they learn. Lessen those old vehicles that run through-out Metro Manila those that are really not road worthy. City Mayors should learn things from the places like Singapore and New Zealand, Clean...Clean...Clean, even the sidewalks on this places are neat, and I think each Cities in Manila should have a Park like Luneta this would be nice rather than putting malls everywhere.
